Four-way pallets, due to their construction using blocks instead of continuous beams, can in principle be entered from 4 sides.
The following variations are possible for four-way pallets:
- Standard sizes such as 800x1200 mm, 1000x1200 mm as well as individual dimensions according to customer requirements.
- Different board thicknesses, such as 15 / 17 / 22 / 24 / 30 mm, as well as different board widths, such as 78 / 98 / 118 / 135 / 145 mm, are available. Furthermore, the use of special cuts with specific cross-sections is possible.
- Construction as a skid pallet or as a base frame pallet
- Floorboards with and without chamfer
- Planed finish for high demands on dimensional accuracy, cleanliness and handling.
- Additional artificial drying for use in areas with high demands on dimensional stability and hygiene (e.g. high-bay warehouses, food processing areas, etc.).
- Heat treatment according to FAO ISPM15 standard with branding for export packaging.
For reusable pallets subject to heavy use and high load capacity
We recommend the following turnover rate:
- Deck edge, deck center, cross and bottom boards made of hardwood (e.g. beech), additionally with tear protection of the end edges (wave band, end grain sealing).
- Reinforced block connections additionally with 4, 6 or 9 through-tube rivets (dimensions: 12x1 mm)
- Plastic spacer cylinders with tubular rivets instead of normal softwood blocks make it easier to thread the forklift tines thanks to their round contour, thus reducing wear from chipping.
- Individual markings such as company name, logos through insertion or imprinting for a higher return rate and strengthened corporate identity
- Additional colored blocks or end faces of the boards improve the visual differentiation of different pallet dimensions.
- Additional crossbeams on extra-long pallets ensure greater stability and improved safety when handling with industrial trucks.
