- Solid woods made of softwood and beech, as well as panel materials made of plywood, chipboard, OSB, MDF, HDF, and multiplex are used.
- Planed finish for very high cleanliness requirements, such as in the food and pharmaceutical industries, or for high dimensional accuracy requirements for smooth material transport in highly automated systems and high-bay warehouses.
- If required, supplemented by superstructures made of a wide variety of materials and add-on parts.
- Stable mounting using nails, screws, and tube rivets in various dimensions and designs.
- Additional milled recesses for the protected application of barcode labels.
- Assembly of barcode labels, RFID chips, etc.
- Individual marking and identification through various colors, branding, imprints and stamps is possible.
- Any special sizes or pallets with an unusual structure or additional attachments are possible.

For reusable pallets subject to heavy use and high turnover, we recommend:
- Hardwood deck edge, center, cross and bottom boards, additionally with tear protection on the end grain (wave band, end grain sealing).
- Floorboards with chamfered edge.
- Block connections additionally with 4, 6 or 9 through tube rivets (dimensions: 12 x 1 mm).
- Planed finish for high demands on dimensional accuracy, cleanliness and handling.
- Additional artificial drying for use in areas with high demands on dimensional stability and hygiene (e.g. high-bay warehouses, food processing areas, etc.).
- Heat treatment according to FAO ISPM15 standard with branding for export packaging.
