Tubular pallets
Pipe-strap pallets, designed for multiple uses, feature special pipe sleeves in the corner blocks for inserting pipe clamps. This type of pallet is ideal for storing goods that are difficult to stack, such as rolls or bales. Our range includes various designs of pipe-strap pallets and matching pipe clamps, including standard models and custom-made solutions.
- Solid woods made of softwood and beech, as well as panel materials made of plywood, chipboard, OSB, MDF, HDF, and multiplex are used.
- Supplemented by fixing elements made of plastic, foam, steel or by anti-slip mats.
- The blocks can also be made individually from solid wood, chipboard, plastic, or steel.
- Individual marking and identification through various colors, branding, imprints and stamps is possible.
- Pallets can be marked with Datamatrix or barcode for use in warehouses.
- Connected and fixed by nails, screws, and tube rivets in various dimensions and designs.
- Any special sizes or pallets with an unusual structure or additional attachments.
- Pipe pallets are suitable for increased stress and quality requirements.
- The pallets are manufactured using CAD design and static calculation.
- Precise CNC milling/drilling completes the manufacturing process.
For reusable pallets subject to heavy use and high turnover, we recommend:
- Hardwood deck edge, center, cross and bottom boards, additionally with tear protection on the end grain (wave band, end grain sealing).
- Floorboards with chamfered edge.
- Block connections additionally with 4, 6 or 9 through tube rivets (dimensions: 12 x 1 mm).
- Planed finish for high demands on dimensional accuracy, cleanliness and handling.
- Additional artificial drying for use in areas with high demands on dimensional stability and hygiene (e.g. high-bay warehouses, food processing areas, etc.).
- Heat treatment according to FAO ISPM15 standard with branding for export packaging.
